Glory Days Pizza is a locally owned and operated business serving the best pizza in northeast Kansas since 1985. We make everything from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Every pizza begins with dough that is made fresh daily. Then it is layered with our signature sauce made with our special blend of spices. We use only freshly diced produce and quality meat toppings. Then we cover every pizza with a freshly grated blend of mozzarella and provalone. Voted number one by the readers of the Topeka Capital Journal time and again! The proof is in the pizza!
Our dough
Everyday at Glory Days, we make our Dough from scratch using Premium Flour. Each portion is carefully weighed and rolled before rising into its’ final state. This ensures every Glory Days Pizza starts with the best crust possible.
Original Crust -This is what made us famous. It's our Honey-Baked, Golden-Brown, pan style crust that makes the best pizza West of Chicago.
Thin crust -this is a Low-Fat, cracker-style crust that has a very distinct crunch and contains no oil.
new york style crust - this is a hand tossed crust available only in an 18" size. this is a light, breadlike dough that is cooked on a flat screen and not in an oiled pan. cut in 8 huge slices with all toppings on top of the cheese.
Whole Wheat Thin crust - Same as the thin crust though made with Whole-Wheat Flour and containing no oil. A must for the health conscious. excellent choice with our veggie pizza.

Our Tomatoes are harvested in the sun-drenched valleys of California, then blended with our own secret recipe of Spices. The result is a full-bodied tomato flavor with the distinct taste found only at Glory Days Pizza.

Only 100% Real Cheese is used on every Glory Days Pizza.
Each pizza contains our unique blend of Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses grated fresh daily. Our aged to perfection cheeses melt
